The artists worked collaboratively sharing the same paper and brush in response to loss and change in 2016. As spontaneous as emotional graffiti, these works offer atmospheres fragmented with song, stroke, and imagination.

 

Made with mineral pigments and ink on fine paper, 'A Broken Hallelujah' ultimately honours the spirit of our Canadian bard Leonard Cohen, and the tradition of great poets.
